Responsible for the efficiency of the team, the campaigns delivery and the monthly target and margin set by the Board.
Reported to the Managing Director.

Management

  • Supervised the Ad Operations, the Optimisation and the Partnerships Teams in the UK and remotely managed two people in France (part of the Optimisation and Trading Teams).
  • Developed, retained and motivated existing team while recruiting for new members and continually raised the bar for talent and capabilities.

Team support and Supervision

  • Planned training sessions and ran brainstorming sessions to help the team deal with their daily tasks (introduction to a new platform or tool, optimisation strategy readjustment, optimisation technics, etc.)
  • Supported the team by dealing with Creative Agencies or Partners in case of issues.

Process & Internal Communication

  • Created efficient processes and put in place realistic SLAs.
  • Worked on specialisations within the team.
  • Improved the communication with the other departments (Sales, Analytics and IT teams).

Interactions

  • Collaborated with the Sales and Account teams to define the right strategy and KPIs for each client (John Lewis, Waitrose, Argos, B&Q, SkyScanner, Fiat…).
  • Participated to pitches in France and produced contents for RFPs for UK clients.
  • Worked closely with the Tech team to ensure the bidder improvement and hit the targets set by the Executive team.

Partnerships

  • Selected the relevant partners and implemented their solutions (Ad serving, DCO, Brand safety, video, mobile, TV Sync…) with the help of the Product Manager.
  • Reviewed each of them every quarter.

Big achievement
Actively participated and monitored the launch of Netflix in France, Germany, Switzerland and Austria from the UK (programmatically bought media plans).
