Supervised the Operations Team (10 people) in charge of the bookings and the delivery of branding campaigns (Digital and Print). The team ensured that the campaigns started on time, supplied reports and insights.

Managed the technical implementation for key accounts such as Sony and Audi and assisted the Media Planners/Buyers during their meetings by answering technical questions.
Process & Internal Communication
Monitored the activity and improved the communication between the Marketplace and my team.
Worked on the team efficiency by creating processes and providing them with the necessary trainings.
